James O'Duden represents clients in the full range of labor and employment matters.

James joined Sherman Dunn as an associate in 2020 after graduating cum laude from American University Washington College of Law. As a law student, James worked at the National Labor Relations Board’s Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation Branch and the General Counsel’s Office at the AFL-CIO. James also received a Peggy Browning Fellowship to work for the National Federation of Federal Employees during the summer of 2019.

Prior to law school, James attended the College of William and Mary where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in government. James is licensed in Virginia, practicing under the direct supervision of an active member of the District of Columbia Bar.
