We have developed expertise in every aspect of federal labor relations and employment law, including the law under the National Labor Relations Act, the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Davis-Bacon and Service Contract Acts, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, federal antitrust laws, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Norris-LaGuardia Act, and many others. Our attorneys also have the experience and expertise to resolve issues under other federal and state laws, including the Federal Election Campaign Act, RICO, the Trademark Act and other laws applicable to labor organizations.

We have successfully represented our clients at every judicial and administrative level. We have litigated cases before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals, federal district courts and various state courts. We have also represented our clients before federal administrative agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board, the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Federal Election Commission. And we have litigated numerous interest and grievance arbitration cases on behalf of our union clients.

Our efforts have produced several landmark decisions, particularly under the National Labor Relations Act, of importance to the entire labor movement as well as to our union clients and their members.
