Erich counsels the firm’s clients on a wide variety of labor matters.
Erich joined the firm as an associate in 2022. Erich counsels the firm’s clients on a broad range of topics, including issues arising under both the National Labor Relations Act and Railway Labor Act. Erich is a member of the bar of Maryland, practicing under the direct supervision of an active member of the District of Columbia Bar, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
Erich graduated from Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, he investigated unfair labor practice charges as a Board Agent in the NLRB’s Region 9 field office in Cincinnati, Ohio. Prior to law school, Erich attended Wabash College, where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
